  • Credit Card through our safe and secure gateway Payfast through this website.
  • Electronic Bank Transfer. This may take up to 3 days to clear , or
  • Direct Deposit into our bank account

DELIVERY

  1. Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd, through a reliable courier company, ships to all parts of South Africa (serviced by our appointment courier) and will make separate arrangement to deliver orders to all parts of Africa.
  2. Deliveries around Gauteng (Johannesburg, Centurion and Pretoria) are free of charge for any orders above R450. Any orders below this amount will attract a R50 surcharge towards shipping. Orders will reach the client between 3 – 7 working days after Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd has received its payment.
  3. Because of fraud screening, you may be asked to produce a copy of your ID/Passport and card used as proof of payment.
  4. A tracking code will be given to you to track your order if Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd uses the services of their appointed courier.
  5. All other orders outside Gauteng, around South Africa above R1000 will be shipped for free to the main centres serviced by Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd. (Visit thecourierguy.co.za)
  6. To receive your order timeously, ensure that you supply the correct physical address on your order and that there is an authorised person ready to sign for and take receipt of the delivery.
  7. We will try as much as possible to deliver goods according to your order, but in case a wrong order is delivered to you, keep the product intact, and inform Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd immediately so that we can rectify the problem and deliver correct order.
  8. The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (‘’ECT Act’’) enables you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if your order is not delivered within the agreed time frame spelled out by Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd in these Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS

  1. We will endeavour to supply your order correctly, but in the unfortunate instance that we ship the wrong order, it’s defective or has factory faults, we will gladly rectify the problem by replacing the order or by giving a refund. Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd will have to verify the defects/faults first.
  2. If after verification the product is found not to be defective or faulty you will NOT get a replacement or refund. In fact you will bear the full cost of shipping to and from the company.
  3. Negligence on your part and normal wear and tear will disqualify that very product from replacement or refund from Pox Trade (Pty) Ltd.
  4. In the case that your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, it must be in original packaging, undamaged and unused, but in the condition you received it in.
  5. Items on special prices (sale) do NOT qualify for a replacement or refund.
